1971 – 72 Nova Exhaust System

The 1968 -1972 dual exhaust Novas used unique front exhaust hangers pictured here. These hangers are no longer available. If you are lucky enough to come up with a used pair, they probably would look something like these originals. Our reproduction hangers come in a pair zinc plated with corded rubbers, correct screws, and correct size rivets and backing plates. These hangers are available with one of our concours 1968 -1972 Nova Exhaust Systems.

The 1971-72 Nova rear tail hangers pictured here were used at the extreme rear of the car to support the tail pipe that ended back by the bumper. These hangers have not been available for some time. This is the exact correct clamp for the 1968-1972 Novas. They were used in multiple locations and have been unavailable for many years. They are a Gardner Exhaust esclusive reproduction and are avalable in 2" and 2 1'4" versions. These clamps are available with one of our show quality exhaust systems.

This is the correct small block heat riser for the 1961-1972 Small BlockChevys. They come with the correct chevy big block gasket and are available with any of our Chevy big block exhaust systems.

This is the correct stud kit for the 1957-1972 Chevys. This stud kit has the correct dog point on the studs and uses the correct stove nuts as original. This kit is available with any of our Chevy systems.

These are the correct extensions and gaskets that were used on all Chevys from 1957 - 1974. The extensions pictured here are a Gardner Exhaust Reproduction and come with the correct donut gaskets. These components are standard with any Chevy Gardner Exhaust System

Originally a clear silicon sealant was used in all the joint to joint connections on most exhaust systems. This was referred to as "grease" in the assembly manual but it was a clear sealant like the one pictured here. After analyzing original samples off our pipes and searching incessantly we came up with a match with the sealant pictured here. This sealant comes as part of any Gardner Exhaust Kit
