1964 Corvette Small Block Non HP and Powerglide Transmission System

The 1964 Corvette Exhaust systems for the low horse power 250 horse and the power glide transmission cars consisted of 2″ front pipes and 2″ rear pipes 2″ outlet mufflers and stainless steel extensions. Our kits come 14 ga aluminized with the correct front pipes, correct flanges, extensions, donuts, sealant, guillotine clamps, mufflers, installation instructions and diagrams. Reproduction center,and muffler hangers are available as well as stainless steel tips, heat riser and stud kit. Our system comes with flattened style u-bolts for center exhaust hanger. Ask about our concourse sho package for the hobbiest who can’t stand surface rust. (Mufflers are available in standard and N – 11 off-road packages)

1964 - 1967 Corvette 2" Center Exhaust Hanger

Although this hanger is not one of our reproductions it is an excellent reproduction of the original hanger and we offer it with no apprehension.

1964 - 1967 Corvette Muffler Hanger

This hanger was used to hold the muffler in place at the back of the car. Our hangers are hand built with corded rubbers come with the correct screws and attaching hardware and are an excellent reproduction of the original hangers.

1963 - 1968 2" Corvette Clamp

These are the correct clamps for the 1963 - 1968 Corvettes. These clamps were used to attach the tips to the mufflers. As you can see our clamps come with the correct lock washers and nuts as well as correct reinforcing rib. We encourage you to compare them to originals.

1957-1972 Chevy Extensions and Donut Gaskets

These are the correct Chevy extensions and donut gaskets that were used in the head pipes of every chevy from 1957 up until 1972. They come as part of any Gardner Exhaust Chevy Kit

Corvette heat riser

This is the correct small block heat riser for the 1957 - 1972 corvette small block and non hp exhaust systems. Our heat risers are accompanied by the correct chevy small block gasket and are available with any of our 1957 - 1972 Corvette small block non hp exhaust systems.

Chevy Stud Kit

This is the correct stud kit for the 1957-1972 Chevys. This stud kit has the correct dog point on the studs and uses the correct stove nuts as original. This kit is available with any of our Chevy systems.

Sealant

Originally a clear silicon sealant was used in all the joint to joint connections on most exhaust systems. This was referred to as "grease" in the assembly manual but it was a clear sealant like the one pictured here. After analyzing original samples off our pipes and searching incessantly we came up with a match with the sealant pictured here. This sealant comes as part of any Gardner Exhaust Kit
