1963 Corvette 250 HP and Automatic Transmission System

This system was a 2″ exhaust system all the way through. Our system comes complete with the correct front pipes with jut out to correspond to under seat package tray. correct flanges, extensions, donuts, sealant, guillotine clamps, mufflers, installation instructions and diagrams. Reproduction center,and muffler hangers are available as well as stainless steel tips, heat riser and stud kit. Ask about our concourse show package. for the hobbiest who can’t stand surface rust. (Mufflers are available in standard and off-road N-11 packages)

1963 Corvette Exhaust Center Hanger

Although this hanger is not one of our reproductions it is an excellent reproduction of the original hanger and we offer it with no apprehension.

1963 Corvette Muffler Hanger

This hanger was used to hold the muffler in place at the back of the car. Althought this hanger is not our reproduction we have compared it to our originals and are pleased to offer it with any of our 1963 Corvette Exhaust Systems. These hangers come complete with the correct WB head marked screws.

1963 - 1967 Corvette Exaust Tip

Although this tip is not our reproduction we have compared it to original and they are a very nice reproduction. There are no part numbers in the tips as original. These tips are available with any of our 1963-1967 Corvette Ehaust Systems

1957-1972 Chevy Extensions and Donut Gaskets

These are the correct Chevy extensions and donut gaskets that were used in the head pipes of every chevy from 1957 up until 1972. They come as part of any Gardner Exhaust Chevy Kit

1957-1972 Chevy Stud Kit

This is the correct stud kit for the 1957-1972 Chevys. This stud kit has the correct dog point on the studs and uses the correct stove nuts as original. This kit is available with any of our Chevy systems.

Corvette heat riser

This is the correct small block heat riser for the 1956 - 1972 Small Block Corvettes. Our heat risers come with the correct Corvette small block gasket and are available with any of our Corvette small block high performance exhaust systems.

Sealant

Originally a clear silicon sealant was used in all the joint to joint connections on most exhaust systems. This was referred to as "grease" in the assembly manual but it was a clear sealant like the one pictured here. After analyzing original samples off our pipes and searching incessantly we came up with a match with the sealant pictured here. This sealant comes as part of any Gardner Exhaust Kit
