1967 – 1968 Camaro Small Block Exhaust System

1967-1968 Camaro Small Block Deep Tone Exhaust Kit. This kit includes 2 1/4″ head pipes with correct flats and wrinkle bends, 2 1/4″ over axle pipes and tail pipes with correct oval-shaped angle cut. Correct muffler reproduced from an original will be included as well as extensions donuts and flanges. This kit includes all the correct rounded bottom and guillotine clamps. Correct two hole front hangers and right and left tail pipe hangers. Heat risers are an option as is the stud kit with correct lock nuts. Correct strap clamps with sheet metals screws are available with our concourse show package. Kit will include installation instructions and diagrams for easy assembly.

1967-1968 Camaro Small Block resonator Exhaust Kit. was probably on the majority of the 1967 – 1968 Camaros. This kit includes 2 1/4″ head pipes with correct flats and wrinkle bends, correct resonators with correct square seam, correct 2 1/4″ over axle pipes and tail pipes with correct oval shaped angle cut, correct muffler reproduced from an original will be included. Also included will be extensions donuts and flanges. This kit includes all the correct rounded bottom and guillotine clamps, correct two hole front hangers and right and left tail pipe hangers. 1967-1969 Camaro Front Hanger:

This hanger is another Gardner Exhaust Exclusive Reproduction. Original hangers used backing plates, smaller rivets corded rubbers and two screw holes instead of five quite often seen in the aftermarket. Our exclusive hangers are built by hand to replicate the originals

1967 -1968 Camaro Clamp

This is the exact correct clamp for the 1967-69 Camaros. This clamp was used at the muffler inlet. The clamp seen here has not been available for a very long time. It is another Gardner Exlclusive reproduction and is availble with one of our show quality exhaust systems.

1967 -1969 Camaro Clamp

This is the exact correct clamp for the 1967-1969 Camaros. They were used in multiple locations and have been unavailable for many years. They are a Gardner Exhaust esclusive reproduction and are avalable in 2" and 2 1'4" versions. These clamps are available with one of our show quality exhaust systems.

1967 -1968 Camaro Strap Clamp

This is the correct strap clamp that was originally used to attach the tail pipes to the tail pipe hangers. They come zinc plated to aid in longevity and have been reproduced from the original next to it.

Stud Kit

This is the correct stud kit for the 1957-1972 Chevys. This stud kit has the correct dog point on the studs and uses the correct stove nuts as original. This kit is available with any of our Chevy systems.

Chevy Small Block Extensions and Donuts

These are the correct Chevy extensions and donut gaskets that were used in the head pipes of every chevy from 1957 up until 1972. They come as part of any Gardner Exhaust Chevy Kit

Sealant

Originally a clear silicon sealant was used in all the joint to joint connections on most exhaust systems. This was referred to as "grease" in the assembly manual but it was a clear sealant like the one pictured here. After analyzing original samples off our pipes and searching incessantly we came up with a match with the sealant pictured here. This sealant comes as part of any Gardner Exhaust Kit

This is the correct small block heat riser for the 1961-1971 Small BlockChevys. They come with the correct chevy big block gasket and are available with any of our Chevy big block exhaust systems.
